L2 Capital sold reQuire Holdings, a diversified real estate services platform, to LenderLive Services. Pepper Hamilton served as legal counsel and Raymond James served as financial advisors to L2. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Eric Goldstein joined Goodwin law firm as a partner in the private equity and private investment funds practice in the firm's New York Office. He joined from Insight Venture Partners, where he was deputy general counsel and chief compliance officer.
5AM Ventures, Canaan Partners, and New Leaf Venture Partners led a $37 million Series A funding for Rallybio, a biotechnology company. Public-sector participation came from Connecticut Innovations.
Clearview Capital Fund III's portfolio company Wilson Orchard & Vineyard Supply, which provides growers with irrigation and structural services, acquired Valley Vineyard, a manufacturer of trellising equipment, and Quantum Irrigation, a provider of irrigation services. Capitala Group raised $1 billion for a permanent capital lending vehicle called Capitala Specialty Lending. The funding is in addition to the $1.4 billion Capitala invested in businesses over the past 20 years. The lending pool will provide senior debt and equity co-investments across Capitala's family of funds. Press release
Ardian sold its minority holding in Piz’Wich, a manufacturer of frozen snack products, to frostkrone, a manufacturer of frozen convenience food and snacks. frostkrone now holds all shares in Piz’Wich. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. 
Innovium, a provider of networking solutions for data centers, raised $77 million in Series D funding. The new round brings Innovium’s total financing since inception to more than $160 million, which included investments from Greylock Partners, Walden Everbright, Walden Riverwood Ventures, Paxion Capital, Capricorn Investment Group, Redline Capital, S-Cubed Capital and Qualcomm Ventures.
DSM Venturing led a Series A funding round for Chromatic 3D Materials, a provider of 3D printing materials. DSM and Chromatic 3D Materials will partner to bring the technology to various markets. The amount of funding was not disclosed.
Princeville Global and Goldman Sachs Investment Partners led a $74 million Series C financing round for Doctor On Demand, a provider of virtual care. Participation from existing investors included Venrock, Shasta Ventures and Tenaya Capital. Doctor On Demand has raised more than $160 million in total funding.
Canvas Ventures led a $15.3 million Series B funding round for KIDBOX, a clothing-in-a-box startup.  Existing investors, Firstime Ventures and HDS Capital, also participated. New partners included Fred Langhammer and The Gindi Family. The funding brings the total amount raised to $28 million.
