Baceline Investments has promoted six staffers to partner. The new partners are Brian Capstick, Sheri Corral, Todd Laurie, Ari Michaeli, Lindsey Reevie and Jonathan Ruby. The appointments became effective January 1, 2017.
DENVER–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Baceline Investments, LLC, a Denver-based boutique private equity real estate investment and management company, is proud to announce that six individuals within the firm have been promoted to partner. The announcement was made by Baceline’s founding partners, David Puchi, Douglas Arnold and Craig Zoellner.
The new partners include: Mr. Brian Capstick, Mrs. Sheri Corral, Mr. Todd Laurie, Mr. Ari Michaeli, Mrs. Lindsey Reevie, and Mr. Jonathan Ruby. The promotions took effect on Jan. 1, 2017.

Since Baceline was founded 14 years ago, this marks the first time in the firm’s history it has elevated new partners.
Capstick has been with Baceline for five years and serves as the Director of Finance. Corral is the Controller for Baceline and has more than 20 years of private and public accounting experience. She joined Baceline in 2006. Laurie joined Baceline Investments as Managing Director in 2013.
Michaeli has worked with the firm as Director of Transactions since early 2013, responsible for identifying real estate investments that fit Baceline’s strategy. Reevie, with Baceline since 2009, is the Director of Investor Relations and is responsible for the maintenance and operations of the IR Department. Ruby has served as General Counsel for the firm since 2013.
