Bain Capital-backed Arosa LivHOME to buy LifeLinks

Arosa+LivHOME, which is backed by Bain Capital, has agreed to acquire LifeLinks, a provider of aging life care services in Raleigh, North Carolina and Nashville. No financial terms were disclosed.

Arosa+LivHOME has signed an agreement to acquire LifeLinks, a leading provider of Aging Life Care™ services in Raleigh, NC and Nashville, TN. This marks Arosa+LivHOME’s sixth acquisition since January and entry into its sixth state, Tennessee.

With the purchase of LifeLinks, Arosa+LivHOME expands its care management services in North Carolina and will utilize the Nashville office as a launching pad for growth in a new market.
