Baird Capital taps Tse as a partner

Robert W. Baird & Co‘s investment arm Baird Capital has appointed Andy Tse as a partner. In his new role, Tse will help lead investments in Asia. Previously, Tse worked at AIF Capital where he served as a managing director.

CHICAGO – Jan. 24, 2017 – Baird Capital, the direct private investment arm of Robert W. Baird & Co. (Baird), today announced that Andy Tse, CFA has joined the firm as a Partner to help lead its investment efforts in Asia. Tse is a member of Baird Capital’s global team working to identify and pursue investments in the technology & services sector.

A veteran executive with more than 20 years of private equity experience, Tse most recently served as Managing Director of AIF Capital where he led investments in industrial and services sector across Greater China, South Korea, South East Asia, India, Sri Lanka and Australia. Prior to AIF Capital, Tse worked with Hopewell Holdings Limited and Consolidated Electric Power Asia Limited in Hong Kong where he was actively involved in the investment, development, financing, construction, operation and management of infrastructure and manufacturing investments across Asia.
