American Health Staffing Group Inc, a portfolio company of BelHealth Investment Partners LLC, has acquired Detroit-based Expedient Medstaff LLC, a provider of travel nurse staffing. No financial terms were disclosed.
New York, New York – August 21, 2017 – American Health Staffing Group, Inc. (“AHSG”), a diversified provider of temporary healthcare staffing services and a portfolio company of BelHealth Investment Partners, LLC (“BelHealth”), announced today that it has acquired Expedient Medstaff, LLC (“Expedient” or the “Company”), a national provider of travel nurse staffing.
Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, Expedient is a leading provider of travel nurse staffing to over 2,500 health system clients nationwide. The Company maintains contracts with top Vendor Management System / Managed Services Program providers, as well as hospitals and medical clinics.
Expedient supports its customers across multiple segments of nursing, including Registered Nurses, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists, Surgery Technicians and Certified Nursing Assistants.
