Berquist named CFO of TIBCO Software

TIBCO Software Inc. said Monday that it named Tom Berquist its chief financial officer. Berquist was most recently CEO of Saba Software. TIBCO is a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners.

PALO ALTO, CA–(Marketwired – Oct 26, 2015) – TIBCO Software Inc. today announced it has appointed Tom Berquist as chief financial officer.
Berquist has built a strong track record in enterprise software that encompasses 10 years in executive leadership roles at private equity-backed companies, including CEO of Corel, CFO of Ingres, and most recently, CEO of Saba Software. Prior to that, he spent 10 years on Wall Street with Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and Piper Jaffrey, and six years at Deloitte implementing financial and operational enterprise applications.
