Bestige Holdings LLC has invested $15 million in three waste management businesses to form National Waste Partners, a provider of compactor and baler rentals, repair and waste coordination services. The businesses are Compactor Rentals of America, Action Compaction Services and Computerized Waste Systems.

Park City, UT – February 14, 2017 – Bestige Holdings, LLC announces that is has made a $15 million investment in multiple waste management businesses to create National Waste Partners. National Waste Partners, through its various subsidiaries, will provide compactor and baler rentals, repair, and waste coordination services to over 500 customers operating in approximately 10 industries across 37 states. Bestige Holdings backed a management buy-out of Compactor Rentals of America, Action Compaction Services, and Computerized Waste Systems (CWS) from Wastebuilt Environmental Solutions, LLC. These three businesses will now operate as subsidiaries of National Waste Partners. Additional proceeds have been committed to support the companies’ various growth initiatives.
National Waste Partners will be led by industry veterans Brian Gibson (CEO) and Jerome Vinagro (President/Founder) who have spent a combined 50 years in the waste management industry. Brian and Jerome were instrumental in facilitating the acquisition, will maintain their respective roles within the new organization, and will be key drivers in the company’s continued success.
