Bestige recruits Boardman as VP

Bestige Holdings has named Blake Boardman as vice president. Boardman is a former associate at Insight Equity.


July 29, 2019 – Park City, UT – Bestige Holdings, a private investment firm focused on building and developing a portfolio of long-term equity investments in high potential businesses, has hired Blake Boardman as Vice President to further advance the firm’s investment and operational activities.

Mr. Boardman joins Bestige following the completion of his MBA at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he dual-majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He brings with him a breadth of experience both in advising and investing in large and mid-sized businesses across a variety of sectors. As a core member of the investment team, Mr. Boardman will be deeply involved in sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and executing new equity investments, as well as working with management teams to create value and improve operations at the firm’s portfolio companies.

Prior to working at Bestige, Mr. Boardman was a Senior Associate at Dallas-based private equity firm Insight Equity, where he made investments in underperforming industrial and manufacturing businesses. In addition to developing his transactional experience, he gained valuable operational experience as he helped manage businesses through major operational turnarounds. Mr. Boardman began his career as an investment banker in New York, where he arranged debt financing and provided mergers and acquisitions advisory for mega-fund private equity sponsors.

Mr. Boardman completed his undergraduate degree in Management at Brigham Young University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He enjoys playing golf, tennis, and basketball, as well as skiing and hiking with his wife and three children.
