Seattle-based Big Fish Games has added Geoff Entress to its board. Entress is a venture partner with Voyager Capital and a former venture partner with Madrona Venture Group. He serves on a handful of other boards, including publicly traded drugstore.com, as well as Liquid Planner and Dashwire. Founded in 2002, Big Fish Games develops and distributes casual games.
Big Fish Games today announced that Geoff Entress, a venture partner with Voyager Capital and veteran technology investor, has joined the company’s board of directors.
“Geoff’s consumer Web and mobile domain experience is a natural fit for us,” said Jeremy Lewis, president and chief executive officer of Big Fish Games. “As we continue to scale globally, I am confident Geoff will help us maintain our innovative and entrepreneurial edge.”
2010 was another tremendously successful year for Big Fish Games, with record revenues, profits, and cash. The company’s significant momentum is carrying into 2011 – its brand franchise across PC, Mac and mobile platforms continues to expand in developed and emerging markets alike.
