Billeo, the California-based startup that provides online transactions, is raising some new capital, according to a filing with the SEC. The company is offering a $6.25 million round that still has just under $2 million remaining to be sold, the filing stated. Prior backers include Altos Ventures, ATA Ventures, Pacifica Fund and Claremont Creek Ventures.
