As reported by peHUB Canada in June, another Birch Hill portfolio company, Shred-it International, has also filed to go public.

Sleep Country Canada Holdings Inc. Files Final Prospectus and Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

Sleep Country Canada Holdings Inc. (“Sleep Country” or the “Company”) announced today that it has obtained a receipt for its final prospectus filed with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada and has entered into an underwriting agreement for the initial public offering (the “Offering”) of common shares of the Company (the “Shares”) at a price of $17.00 per share. The closing of the Offering and the Acquisition is expected to occur on July 16, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions, at which time the Shares will commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”) under the symbol “ZZZ”.
