BitWave Semiconductor, a Lowell, Mass.-based fabless maker of reconfigurable transceiver chips, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. Return backers include Apex Venture Partners, TVM Capital and ECentury Capital Partners. The company had previously raised around $16 million.
BitWave Semiconductor today announced that it had closed $10 million of additional financing in an initial Series B funding round. The financing was provided by BitWave's existing investors: Apex Venture Partners, TVM Capital, and ECentury Capital Partners.
