BitWave Semiconductor, a Lowell, Mass.-based fabless maker of reconfigurable transceiver chips, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. Return backers include Apex Venture Partners, TVM Capital and ECentury Capital Partners. The company had previously raised around $16 million.
