Black foundation says Epstein resigned in 2007: Bloomberg

Leon Black’s family foundation is disputing a report that financier Jeffrey Epstein remain involved for years after his conviction as a sex offender, Bloomberg said. Epstein resigned from the Black family foundation in July 2007 but his name mistakenly appeared on Foundation 990 Forms from 2008 to 2012, the story said quoting a Black foundation spokeswoman. The New York Post reported Wednesday that the Black foundation kept Epstein on as a director until 2012, four years after he pleaded guilty to two counts of soliciting a prostitute in Florida and served 13 months in prison.
