Family office Blackhawk Partners and Aeros Development Group, a private real estate and investment firm, have formed a joint venture that will buy and develop unique commercial, multi-use and residential complexes in New York, Florida and Dallas. No financial terms were disclosed.
DALLAS, Oct. 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — Aeros Development Group, with offices in McKinney, Texas and Blackhawk Partners with offices in New York, NY; are pleased to announce a new joint venture to purchase and developed unique commercial, multi-use and residential complexes in New York, Florida and Dallas. In addition to development projects, both companies will offer finance solutions to developer partners for their projects. Mr. Andrew Eros stated, “Our projects will be unique in design and offer solutions not typically available in today’s development market.”

Our initial projects feature the conversion of a “historical” single family unit into a high-end uniquely styled concierge managed family condominiums and the development of 120 condominiums in a community setting.
Our current project is the creation of three family-focused condominiums in a prime Manhattan location. The condominiums will all be two stories and between 4.5k sq. ft. and 5k sq. ft. The complex will be comprised of a penthouse with a rooftop living area, a duplex middle condominium with solarium styling and a garden penthouse featuring a private garden. All condominiums will have concierge street-level service.
