


Dating app Bumble is seeking to raise $1.8 billion for its IPO, reported Fox Business, citing an updated SEC filing. The news outlet noted that Bumble is looking to sell 45 million shares at a price range between $37 to $39 per share. The company will trade the stock on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “BMBL.” Bumble previously aimed to sell 34.5 million shares priced between $28 to $30. Bumble is backed by Blackstone.
