Blue Point-backed National OnDemand acquires two companies
National OnDemand, which is backed by Blue Point Capital Partners, has made two acquisitions: Unified Utility Alliance, a cable and fiber construction company, and J&S Communications, a provider of cable and fiber last mile services.
