Blue Point exits Callison Architecture

Blue Point Capital Partners has sold its stake in Callison Architecture to ARCADIS. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Seattle, Callison is an architecture and interior design firm.


SEATTLE, WA–(Marketwired – October 20, 2014) – Blue Point Capital Partners announced today that the firm has sold its interest in Callison Architecture to ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), a global natural and built asset design and consultancy firm. Sale terms were not disclosed.
