Blue Wolf taps Cummins as COO

New York-based private equity firm Blue Wolf Capital Partners LLC has named Glenn Cummins as chief operating officer.

Cummins is the former co-chief operating officer, chief financial officer and chief Compliance Officer of Star America Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm focused on large scale infrastructure investing. He also served as a managing director and CFO of Fortress Investment Group for almost a decade. There he oversaw all finance and operational areas of the Credit Business.

Cummins’ other leadership roles include serving as CFO of Ivy Asset Management, vice pesident for strategic capital planning for J.P. Morgan, and a M&A manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Cummins is a certified public acountant and a chartered financial analyst. He has an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School.
