Bowman joins Teakwood Capital

Teakwood Capital said Wednesday that Ed Bowman has joined as Executive Partner. He will serve as a strategic advisor to portfolio company leadership. Bowman currently serves as Chairman and CEO of TRNT Holdings LLC.

Teakwood Capital, a Dallas, Texas private equity firm, today announced the addition of Ed H. Bowman as Executive Partner.
In this role, Bowman will be responsible for serving as a strategic advisor to portfolio company leadership to support and maximize potential outcomes. As part of this, he will proactively support senior management to drive success and manage operations via metrics and accountability, ensuring all functions of the company are working well individually and as a cohesive unit.

Currently, Bowman serves as Chairman and CEO of TRNT Holdings, LLC. Having served as CEO in both public and private company environments, he has raised more than $1.6 billion in seven debt and equity transactions, and has extensive experience in acquisitions having completed and integrated more than 70. Bowman’s past positions include serving as CEO, president and director of SourceHOV, one of the largest business process outsourcing companies. Prior to this, he held leadership roles at First Data Corporation, HBOC & Co., Insurance Systems of America and Andersen Consulting.
In an effort to maximize successful outcomes for portfolio company founders and executives, Teakwood recruits specific industry focused Executive Partners to support portfolio companies as part of its Executive Partner Program.
