Bowmark expands team with several additions

Bowmark Capital has named Jessica Collins, Ben Culverwell, Jamal Lakhani and James Swainston as investment executives.

Bowmark Capital has added Jessica Collins, Ben Culverwell, Jamal Lakhani and James Swainston as investment executives while Sam Beesley and Jemma Litkie have become members of the firm’s portfolio management and origination teams. Based in the UK, Bowmark Capital invests in services and technology companies valued at up to 250 million pounds.

Bowmark Capital has further strengthened its investment, portfolio and origination teams with six new appointments.

Jessica Collins, Ben Culverwell, Jamal Lakhani and James Swainston join Bowmark as investment executives, while Sam Beesley and Jemma Litkie become members of the firm’s portfolio management and origination teams.

Jessica Collins was previously a senior consultant at Oliver Wyman where she focused on commercial due diligence and corporate strategy projects. Prior to that, she was an equities analyst at Fidelity International covering small cap companies.

Ben Culverwell joins Bowmark from Houlihan Lokey where he was a member of the corporate finance team and worked on a range of transactions in the data, fintech, education and publishing sectors.

Jamal Lakhani previously worked in investment banking at Royal Bank of Canada where he focused on the financial services and business services sectors and, prior to that, was a member of the transaction services team at KPMG.

James Swainston also joins Bowmark from Royal Bank of Canada where he was a member of the M&A team, advising on transactions for both private equity and corporate clients in the consumer, TMT and infrastructure sectors.

Sam Beesley joins as a portfolio analyst from Grant Thornton, where he was a manager in the valuations and modelling team.
Jemma Litkie joins as an origination executive, having previously been with Houlihan Lokey as a research and development associate.
