Brad Armstrong Joins Lovell Minnick

Brad Armstrong has joined Lovell Minnick Partners as a senior associate in the firm’s Radnor, Penn. office. He previously was an I-banking associate in Merrill Lynch’s financial institutions group.

Lovell Minnick Partners LLC, an independent private equity firm providing buyout and growth capital to companies in the financial services industry, is pleased to announce the addition of W. Bradford Armstrong as Senior Associate in the firm’s Radnor, Pennsylvania office, effective immediately.

As Senior Associate, Mr. Armstrong becomes the twelfth member of the investment team which evaluates new investment opportunities in the financial services industry for Lovell Minnick Partners, which has offices in the Los Angeles and Philadelphia areas. Mr. Armstrong will provide advice and support to existing portfolio companies and will assist in managing the firm’s private equity partnerships totaling over $700 million. Mr. Armstrong will report to Managing Director James E. Minnick and Principal Spencer P. Hoffman.

Mr. Armstrong joins Lovell Minnick Partners from Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Financial Institutions Group, where he was an Investment Banking Associate. In the Financial Institutions Group, Brad focused on transactions involving commercial and trust banks, asset managers and financial technology companies. Previously, Brad was an Assistant Vice President in Bank of America’s Finance Group, where he was responsible for managing financial reporting and budgeting for the bank’s global call center operations. Brad began his career in a strategic development department at Wachovia Corporation.

Brad received an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
