Brazos Private Equity Partners has acquired Eberle Design. Financial terms weren’t announced. Phoenix-based Eberle designs, makes and sells electronic control products for the traffic, access, and rail industries.

Dallas, Texas, August 27, 2013 — Brazos Private Equity Partners, LLC, a leading Dallas-based private investment firm, announced today the acquisition of Eberle Design, Inc. (“Eberle” or the “Company”), a manufacturer of electronic control products for the traffic, access and rail industries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Eberle designs, manufactures and sells under the Eberle and Reno brand names and holds the leading North American market position in several key product categories, including conflict monitors and inductive loop detectors. Founded in 1980 and based in Phoenix, Arizona, the Company’s products are found in most of the signalized intersections throughout North America.

Ennis-Flint designs and produces highly durable and retro-reflective marking products used primarily in the maintenance of highways, roads, and airports, for government and private customers worldwide through manufacturing facilities located in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
