Brookside Mezzanine Partners provided subordinated debt to partially refinance the debt of Yellowstone, an existing portfolio company of Gridiron Capital. Gridiron Capital is a leading middle-market private equity firm based in New Canaan, Connecticut that specializes in acquiring and building middle-market manufacturing, service and specialty consumer companies with EBITDA of $5 million to $30 million.
