Bruin Capital and Quadrant Private Equity portfolio company TGI Sport has agreed to acquire Supponor, a live media virtual advertising company.
Supponor is a fully software-based technology platform that relies on AI and machine learning approaches to deliver virtual placement or replacement advertising into live sport.
