Bunker Hill Capital said Monday that it sold SunBrite Holding Corp. to SnapAV. Financial terms weren’t announced. Thousand Oaks, California-based SunBrite designs, makes and supplies all-weather outdoor televisions, outdoor digital displays and related accessories.
BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Bunker Hill Capital, a leading Boston-based private equity investor in lower middle market companies, announced today the sale of its portfolio company, SunBrite Holding Corporation (“SunBrite” or the “Company”), to SnapAV. Bunker Hill Capital acquired SunBrite in December 2010 from the Company’s original founders and several individual shareholders.
