Chart of the week: Who holds the higher ground for setting LPA terms?

More than half of 34 placement agents surveyed say the power balance currently tips in favor of LPs to set agreement terms. While a little more than a quarter say both limited partners and general partners are evenly matched, only a fifth see GPs having the most power for setting LPA terms in the current market.
