Steve Belgrad is joining Old Mutual Asset Management, where he will be CFO. Belgrad is currently CFO of HarbourVest Global Private Equity Ltd. His move to OMAM is effective June 1. Also, Aidan Riordan, a partner at Calvert Street Capital Partners, is joining OMAM as senior vice president and director of affiliate development on July 1, according to a statement. OMAM is the asset management business of Old Mutual plc.

Bill Drewry is joining RBC Capital Markets as a managing director in its U.S. communications, media and entertainment investment banking group. He will be based in New York. Drewry was previously an operating partner with Diamond Castle Holdings.

EnerTech Capital portfolio company Tangent Energy Solutions has added three independent directors to its board: Nora Mead Brownell, Richard Grigg and Donald Kendall. Grigg most recently served as president of FirstEnergy Utilities. Brownell is a former commissioner at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Kendall has a background in power and energy industry financing. Tangent Energy is based in Kennett Square, Pa.

Russell Fradin will succeed Cristobal Conde as chief executive of SunGard Data Systems. Fradin was most recently chairman and chief executive officer of Aon Hewitt, a provider of human resources consulting and outsourcing products. He has also worked as chief executive officer of the BISYS Group, and held various positions at Automatic Data Processing.

Steven Goldberg has joined Baird as a managing director and head of real estate investment banking. Goldberg was most recently group head of real estate investment banking at FBR Capital Markets. He will be based in McLean, Va.

C. Kim Goodwin and Don M. Wilson III have joined PineBridge Investments as non-executive members of its board. Goodwin most recently served as managing director and head of equities for Credit Suisse’s Asset Management Division. Wilson was chief risk officer of JP Morgan Chase & Co. from 2003 until his retirement in 2006. PineBridge is a New York-based multi-asset class investment manager.

Matt Graves has joined Maranon Capital as an associate. Graves was previously an associate with Mariner Private Equity. Maranon Capital provides senior financing, mezzanine debt and equity co-investments for private equity-backed and non-sponsored middle market transactions. The firm is based in Chicago.

Bo Jungner has been named deputy chief executive at the Swedish buyout shop Ratos, the firm announced. Jungner will be responsible for finance, administration and compliance, and will continue to work with Ratos’s holdings as an investment director. Jungner has worked at Ratos since 1998.

Erin Kerrigan has joined Presidio Merchant Partners as a managing director in its automotive group. Presidio Merchant Partners is the investment banking unit of the Presidio Group. Kerrigan was previously with AutoStar, a unit of iStar Financial, where she served as a loan originator.

has joined Sagent Advisors as a senior adviser in its health care segment, the bank announced. Kessel comes to Sagent after having founded Symphony Capital, a buyout firm with a focus on biopharmaceutical companies.

Sunny Khorana has joined Fifth Street Management LLC as managing director, the company has announced. Khorana previously worked at CIT Group Inc as director of the sponsor finance team. Fifth Street Management lends to and invests in small and mid-sized companies in connection with investments by private equity sponsors.

Russ Regan has been named to the advisory board of Crescent Financial Partners, the Los Angeles private equity merchant banking firm that caters to early-stage and middle market clients. Regan has worked on Academy Award nominated projects and with UNI Records and 20th Century Records.

Ken Savio has joined the Macquarie Group as a senior managing director and head of Macquarie Securities in the U.S. He will be based in New York. Savio was previously with Bear Stearns in New York, where he held a number of senior management positions, including global head of trading and sales trading.

Brian Stewart has been promoted at the Los Angeles-based Levine Leichtman Capital Partners to managing director of the Deep Value Fund. Stewart joined Levine Leichtman as an associate in 2006. He formerly worked at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin and Giuliani Capital Advisors.

TPG Capital is looking to hire a chairman for its Asian operations, Reuters reported, citing an article by Bloomberg. The firm seeks a Chinese speaker, and has already held discussions with several candidates, Reuters wrote.

Townsend Ziebold has joined First Beverage Group as a managing partner. Ziebold has more than 25 years of investment banking and private equity experience at The First Boston Corp., Wasserstein Perella and Wasserstein & Co. Ziebold will head First Beverage’s New York office. Los Angeles-based First Beverage provides M&A advisory, private equity, strategic and operational consulting, as well as wealth management.
