British buyout shop 3i Group plc said its head of Asia operations Anil Ahuja and a senior India executive will leave the company, Reuters reported. Samir Palod has been named head of the India team.

Actis, the pan-emerging markets private equity firm, has appointed Arjun Oberoi as global health care sector head and Ivy Santoso as Indonesian country head, the firm announced. Santoso spent more than 10 years as Indonesian country head for Avenue Capital, a New York based buyout shop. Oberoi was most recently head of international strategy and business development at Stryker Corp.

San Francisco Bay area-based mid-market buyout firm Altamont Capital Partners has named Tim Bruer as an operating partner. Bruer will focus primarily on investments in the food and beverage sectors.

Altius Associates has appointed Joachim Suter as a partner in its EMEA investor relations team. Suter will be based in the London office, joining the global IR team headed by Eric Warner.

Crosslink Capital has added David Courtney as general partner and chief operating officer. He will be based in the firm’s San Francisco headquarters. Courtney previously served as chief executive officer of JiWire Inc. Crosslink Capital focuses on making venture capital and growth equity investments.

Global private equity asset management firm Hamilton Lane is expanding its Europe-based presence with the addition of Paul Waller to the newly-created role of partner in its London office. Waller recently retired as a managing partner from 3i Group plc after 35 years and will focus primarily on client development and overall firm marketing initiatives at Hamilton Lane.

Moelis Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Moelis & Co., said it appointed retired Adm. Kirkland Donald as an executive adviser focusing on aerospace, defense and energy investments. Donald was most recently director of the U.S. Navy’s nuclear propulsion program.

London-based Nova Capital Management has opened North American offices in Chicago, the firm announced. David Jacobs joined the firm as an investment partner. Nova Capital is a specialist acquirer of corporate and private equity portfolios.

Pantheon has appointed Andrea Echberg as partner and head of European infrastructure investments. Echberg is based in London and will focus on infrastructure secondary and co-investments as well as managing the firm’s primary infrastructure fund investments in Europe.

Partners Group has appointed Charles Dallara, currently managing director of the Institute of International Finance, as a partner, based in the United States. He will also assume the role of chairman of the Americas. In addition, the board of directors will propose Dallara as a new board member and vice chairman of the board of directors. Dallara has been the managing director of the IIF since 1993.

Marcus Yeoman has resigned as a director of Ronaldsway Private Equity effective immediately. He will pursue other business interests.
