Brad Critchell has joined Hycroft as a Managing Director. Critchell was most recently a Managing Director at Stanwich Advisors.
NEW YORK, May 10, 2016 – Hycroft, a specialty merchant bank providing capital solutions, transaction
support and advisory services exclusively to participants in the private markets, announced today that
Brad Critchell has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Working closely with the Hycroft Advisors
team, Mr. Critchell will focus on the secondary private equity market with a particular emphasis on
general partner solutions and restructurings.

Most recently, Mr. Critchell was a Managing Director at Stanwich Advisors where he led the firm’s
secondary advisory practice and was responsible for maintaining key relationships with private equity
secondary investors globally. Mr. Critchell was previously a Director at Cogent Partners, a leading
secondary private equity intermediary, and spent eight years as an investment banker specializing in
financial institutions at Credit Suisse.
He is a magna cum laude graduate of Brown University and received a J.D. from Columbia Law School,
where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
