Caltius Equity Partners sells DHR Services Holdings to Oasis Outsourcing

Caltius Equity Partners sold its stake in DHR Services Holdings to Oasis Outsourcing. Financial terms were not disclosed. DHR provides human resources services to small and medium-sized businesses in the southwestern U.S. Based in Los Angeles, Caltius invests in business, consumer, industrial, IT and healthcare services companies in the lower-middle market.


LOS ANGELES, CALIF – August 10, 2017 – Caltius Equity Partners (“Caltius Equity”) announced today the sale of its equity interest in DHR Services Holdings, LLC (“DHR”) to Oasis Outsourcing (“Oasis”), the nation’s largest privately-held professional employer organization (“PEO”).

DHR is a PEO providing human resource solutions to small and medium-sized businesses in the southwestern United States. Founded in 1996, DHR administers clients’ health benefits, payroll and workers compensation, and advises them on human resource issues including employment law compliance and risk reduction.

During its ownership of DHR, Caltius Equity worked closely with management to implement strategic growth initiatives, securing the company’s dominant position in the southwest market.  Caltius continues to seek new opportunities to invest in platform companies in the business and consumer services sectors.
