“John and his team have been successfully advising emerging and established businesses throughout the region for years” said Mr. Calton. “John contacted me immediately after the announcement that I was leaving NTEC and we began an active discussion about working together to elevate the firm’s visibility and service offering,” he added.
“ChurchillTerry has a long history of providing advisory services to entrepreneurs and investors in privately held companies” said Mr. Terry.
ChurchillTerry currently serves clients through two primary practice groups, the New Enterprise Practice and the Business Transition Practice. Mr. Calton joins a team of professionals with a diverse experience base that includes new enterprise development, information technology, business expansion, valuation, as well as turnaround, sales, finance, and operations, in a variety of industries and at all stages of company development. “I have known both John and Larry for many years and their joint efforts to serve the operational and financial needs of the Dallas business community should have a significant impact on the entrepreneurial ecosystem,” remarked Jerry White, Director of the Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship at SMU’s Cox School of Business.
