Placement agent Campbell Lutyens has added Wayne Kozun to its advisory board. Previously, Kozun was a senior vice president at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board.
Campbell Lutyens, one of the largest global alternative asset advisory firms focused on fund placement and secondary transactions, is pleased to announce that Wayne Kozun has joined its Advisory Board.
Wayne was until recently a Senior Vice President at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board where his various responsibilities included management of OTPP’s Global Public Equities portfolio, their Relationship Investing team and the direct Long Term Private Equity Investing team. He inter alia co-chaired OTPP’s Responsible Investment Committee and was responsible for the opening of OTPP’s Asian office in Hong Kong in 2013. Wayne joined OTPP in 1995.
Wayne serves on the boards of the Pacific Pension & Investment Institute (PPI) and the Toronto East General Hospital Foundation. He holds a BESc from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from its Ivey School of Business. Wayne is based in Toronto.
Campbell Lutyens has expanded its North American business significantly over the last year, doubling its New York team to 20 operating in both primary fund raising and secondary advisory transactions.

Wayne Kozun’s appointment follows that of Peter Westmacott, the former British Ambassador to the United States and the appointment this year of Gordon Bajnai, the former Prime Minister of Hungary, as Chairman of Campbell Lutyens’ Global Advisory Board.
