The investment came from Stéphan Crétier, founder of Montreal-based security company GardaWorld, and affiliates. In December, Vosker raised C$100 million in debt financing from HSBC Canada, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, BDC Capital and Export Development Canada.
