Capital Consulting agrees to invest in Bio-Solutions

Dietary supplement maker Bio-Solutions Corp. has inked a financing agreement with private equity firm Capital Consulting. No financial terms were disclosed. Also, William Gallagher, the firm’s CEO and director, has retired but will stay on advising the board of directors when it comes to promoting the company’s main product Type 2 Defense. And, Bio-Solutions has named James Hodge, the current CEO of ReelTime Rentals, as chairman of its board of directors.

William Gallagher, CEO and Director, retired.
