Capstreet-backed CBC acquires CreditDriver Solutions

Capstreet-backed Credit Bureau Connection has acquired CreditDriver Solutions, a soft credt tech provider. No financial terms were disclosed.

CBC is a provider of credit report and compliance solutions to automotive dealers, lenders, and other end markets.

Founder and CEO Michael Byrd will join CBC as senior vice president of sales.
