Northern Trust Corp is recruiting for private equity secondary funds associate in Chicago. Duties include sourcing, evaluating, modeling, pricing, closing and monitoring secondary private equity fund investments. Also, he or she will monitor industry trends and assist with preparation of thought leadership and presentation materials to investment committees, consultants and clients on the secondary practice. Applicants should have one to three years of relevant work experience, with the following areas of particular interest: private equity, investment banking, M&A, leveraged finance, consulting, public accounting or corporate finance.
