Carlyle parts ways with two executives: Bloomberg

Carlyle Group is seeking to refocus its Asian real estate efforts on China and is parting ways with two executives, Bloomberg said. Adam Metz, who was head of Carlyle’s international real estate and based in Washington, recently left the firm, and Jason Lee, the company’s Hong Kong-based head of Asia real estate, will soon depart, the story said. The changes are part of a shift imposed by Carlyle’s new co-CEOs, Glenn Youngkin and Kewsong Lee, who are reconsidering the direction of the firm’s global real estate business.
