Carrot named CFO at Keensight Capital

Keensight Capital said Tuesday it named Alexandre Carrot its CFO while Guillaume Lefebvre has joined as an Associate. Carrot was previously Deputy CFO and Middle-Office Manager at LBO France, while Lefebvre was as an Associate at Argos Soditic. Paris-based Keensight is a European Growth PE firm.


Keensight Capital, a leading player in European Growth Private Equity, strengthens its team as it announces the appointments of Guillaume Lefebvre as Associate and Alexandre Carrot as Chief Financial Officer.

Before joining Keensight Capital, Guillaume Lefebvre worked as an Associate at Argos Soditic in Paris, where he was involved in investments in medium-sized companies across various sectors including Healthcare and Energy.
Prior to this, he started his career within the Merchant Banking division of the Rothschild group.
Guillaume, 30 years old, is a graduate from ESCP Europe Business School and holds Master degrees in Finance and Economics from the Sorbonne University.

Alexandre Carrot started his career as an auditor in 2006, firstly at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Luxembourg and then at Massena Partners in Paris.
Subsequently, he worked for 6 years at LBO France, initially as financial controller and then becoming Deputy CFO and Middle-Office Manager, before joining Keensight Capital as CFO.
Alexandre, 33 years old, is a graduate of the Clermont Graduate School of Management and the University of Paisley in Scotland.
