Greenwich, Conn.-based private equity firm Catterton Partners has acquired Noodles & Co., an operator of about 250 casual restaurants. Financial terms of the deal were not released. Catterton Partners has over $2.5 billion of equity capital under management. Noodles & Co. was formed in 2005.
