CID Capital Refinances Chef’n Corporation

Lower mid-market private equity firm CID Capital has completed a recapitalization of Chef’n Corporation, a manufacturer and marketer of branded innovative housewares products. CID’s investment will enable the Seattle-based company to accelerate growth within the housewares sector.

CID Capital is proud to announce that it has completed a recapitalization of Chef’n Corporation, a leading manufacturer and marketer of branded innovative housewares products.

This investment will better equip Chef’n with capital and managerial resources to execute strategic business initiatives focused around growing its core Chef’n and Vibe brands globally as well as expanding its private label business. The existing management team will continue to manage day-to-day operations and plans to add new resources to align with future growth initiatives.

CID’s investment will enable the Seattle-based company to continue to accelerate growth and build brand equity by utilizing CID’s extensive experience in the consumer products space, particularly within the housewares sector.
