Clairvue hires new asset manager

Clairview Capital Partners, a California-based real estate private equity firm, has hired Rachael A. Felker as an asset manager. Felker had previously worked for Buchanan Street Partners. Clairvue is owned by its Jeff Giller and Brendan MacDonald, with investment funds managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Private Equity Group.

Clairvue Capital Partners announced today that it has hired Rachael A. Felker as an Asset Manager. In that role, she will report to Clairvue’s founding partners, Jeffrey Giller and Brendan MacDonald, and undertake responsibilities related to the management and administration of Clairvue’s investment portfolio.

Prior to joining Clairvue Capital Partners, Ms. Felker was Assistant Vice President at Buchanan Street Partners, a real estate investment management firm specializing in direct investments and commercial joint ventures, where she was responsible for asset management , including leasing, cash flow analysis, capital projects, budgeting, and valuation of individual assets and funds. Prior to Buchanan, Ms. Felker, a CPA, was a Senior Consultant and Accountant with Deloitte & Touche.

“Rachael’s prior asset management and finance and accounting experience will be very valuable in managing our growing investment portfolio,” said Brendan MacDonald, a founding partner of Clairvue.
In addition to the Asset Manager position recently filled by Ms Felker, Clairvue is planning to add both Vice President- and Associate-level acquisitions professionals to its San Francisco-based team.
