Clarion Partners Opens London Office

Real estate investment manager Clarion Partners has opened a London office and added Jeroen Verheijden as a senior vice president with the firm. Verheijden will lead Clarion’s client business in the U.K., the Eurozone and the Middle East, the firm said Tuesday.

Clarion Partners, a leading real estate investment manager, today announced that it has opened an office in London, re-establishing a presence in the U.K. Jeroen Verheijden has joined the company as a Senior Vice President and will spearhead Clarion’s client business in the U.K., the Eurozone and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Clarion, Verheijden served as Client Portfolio Manager at a prominent U.K.-based real estate investment manager where he was responsible for the global development of a real estate multi-manager platform. Before that, he was part of the real estate fund management team at one of the largest pension plans in the Netherlands. He also spent several years as an investment consultant.
Verheijden holds a Masters in Finance from the University of Groningen in The Netherlands.
