Battery maker Clarios International, backed by Canada’s Brookfield Asset Management, said it was seeking a valuation of up to $10.7 billion in its initial public offering in the United States, Reuters reported.

Battery maker Clarios International, backed by Canada’s Brookfield Asset Management, said it was seeking a valuation of up to $10.7 billion in its initial public offering in the United States, Reuters reported. The company will sell nearly 88.1 million shares between $17 and $21 each, which would rake in $1.85 billion at the top end of that range. Clarios is also backed by Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.
