Clean Power Finance has raised $19 million in venture financing, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The filings lists Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers Partner Ben Kortlang and Claremont Creek Ventures Managing Director Nat Goldhaber as company directors, but offers no detail on which firms supported the financing. Greentech Media reported late last year that Kleiner and Google Ventures invested in the company. In January 2010, the solar startup raised $6.9 million from Claremont Creek, Clean Pacific Ventures, Sand Hill Angels and Gary Kremen, who is founder.
