Cobblestone acted as the exclusive advisor to Med-DISPENSE. The transaction was led by Patrick Hanraty and David Allebach from the firm’s Philadelphia office, along with David Keys of Harris Williams & Co.’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Group in Richmond.
