Paul Cody has been named president and chief executive of Consolidated Glass Holdings Inc., a portfolio company of Grey Mountain Partners. Cody was most recently Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Power Distribution division, a business of the Electrical Sector of Eaton Corp. Consolidated Glass is a fabricator and distributor of impact resistant glass, architectural glass, and architectural metals.
