Cogent Partners has promoted Chris Bonfield to vice president. He joined the firm in 2007 from Bank of America.

Cogent Partners, a private equity-focused investment bank, announced today that Chris Bonfield has been promoted to Vice President in the firm’s Dallas office.

Mr. Bonfield joined Cogent Partners in 2007 from Bank of America, where he worked in the investment banking division. Chris holds a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Texas. Chris is also a CFA charterholder.
