ConAgra Foods Inc. has completed its acquisition of National Pretzel Co. from Brookstone Holdings. Terms of the deal, originally announced in last month, were not released. National Pretzel is based in Lancaster, Penn.

ConAgra Foods, Inc. (NYSE:CAG) announced today that it has completed its acquisition of National Pretzel Company, based in Lancaster, Pa., from Brookstone Holdings. The company announced its agreement to acquire National Pretzel on Nov. 11. Financial terms were not disclosed.
ConAgra Foods has acquired all assets of National Pretzel, including the HK Anderson and Shultz labels, as well as three bakeries located in Lancaster, Pa., Hanover, Pa. and Visalia, Calif. More than 700 National Pretzel employees officially joined ConAgra Foods today.
