NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Capital Constellation (“Constellation”), a provider of catalytic investment capital to investor entrepreneurs, announced today the closing of a strategic investment with Motive Partners (“Motive”), an investment firm for technology businesses that power the financial services sector.
Motive applies a specialized and integrated approach to investing in and operating financial technology businesses. Through its innovation platform, Motive Labs, Motive works collaboratively with leading global financial institutions to further accelerate and unlock value for its stakeholders and portfolio companies.
