No financial terms were disclosed. Total Specific Solutions said the acquisition provides it with a presence in the real estate market. Toronto-based Constellation, an acquirer, manager and builder of vertical market software companies, is a portfolio investment of OMERS Private Equity.

(“TSS”), acquired all shares in the capital of NCCW Holding B.V. (“NCCW”), a leading software provider of property management software solutions in the Netherlands.
